“Mystery Quilting” Getaways at Purity Spring
Join us for our quilting retreat at Purity Spring Resort in East Madison, New Hampshire.
Escape to the White Mountains of New Hampshire for a fantastic quilting getaway! Event leaders Laurel Wilber and Madonna Terlizzi have created a unique approach to quilting; a pattern that reveals itself as you piece the quilt.
Whatever your age or skill level, you’ll have a great time! Once you sign up, you’ll receive a detailed supply list of what to bring but, the pattern is a mystery which reveals itself as it’s put together! Through the weekend, you’ll be guided step-by-step to a beautiful finished quilt.
A variety of workshops will be offered over the course of the weekend and a large supply of fabrics and supplies will be available for sale during the weekend.
Bring a sewing friend or two and sign up for a fun and relaxing quilting getaway in the beautiful White Mountains!

Workshop Weekend: November 12th – 14th
Laurel will be doing a tutorial workshop on stack n’ whack quilts.
The amount of fabric needed depends on the length of the repeat of the fabric. You will multiply the repeat inches by 8 and divide by 36… this will tell you how many yards you need (round up). Usually between 3 1/2 + 6 1/2 yards.
You will also need one of Bethany Reynolds books: StacknWhackipedia, Magic Stack n’ Whack or Stack n’ Whackier. Laurel will have some copies with her to sell, if you do not have one.
Bring projects you have in progress or want to start, because the workshop will only take a few hours.
This is a great time and work space so be sure to take advantage!
